Key qualification

Hovland is affiliated with our Employment team. He works with labor law issues, including dismissals, reorganizations, workforce reductions and investigations. Hovland graduated from the University of Bergen where he specialized in labor law and conflict mediation and wrote a master’s thesis on permanent employment and requirements for predictability in employment relationships.
